Unrestricted Annual Support
The International Institute for Justice and Development (IIJD), Inc. encourages all supporters and friends to support the unrestricted IIJD Fund in addition to providing endowment and capital support. This support of the Annual Giving Program helps to offset annual operating expenses and provides flexibility for the Organization to respond to opportunities and needs as they arise. Annual gifts support a wide range of programs, activities, supplies, administrative expenses, and facilities. They are essential to the operation of an international organization.
 
Restricted Support
The campaign also seeks support for restricted current-use priorities. These gifts support the day-to-day operation of particular programs or project and often take the form of Organization research grants.
 
Endowment
International Institute for Justice and Development (IIJD), Inc relies heavily on grants and individual donations for its annual operating budget. The Leadership campaign seeks to develop and increase the Organization's endowment. The endowment earns annual interest that funds various purposes specified by donors, while the unspent principal creates long-term financial stability.
 
Bequest
A bequest is a future gift to IIJD that is part of your estate plan. You may designate that the International Institute for Justice and Development receive a dollar amount, a percentage of your estate or a specific asset. Bequests may be allocated for general purposes or for a specific program.
 
The benefits of giving a bequest are:

Facilities
IIJD’s work environment is becoming a great place to work and learn for future generation of world leaders. In 2006, the IIJD received 50 students from major universities completed their internship in our Boston Office. Continued enhancement is essential to attracting our interns, volunteers and staff. Providing and maintaining a world-class environment and thriving in a competitive market are some of the challenges we must overcome. Today more than ever, nonprofit organizations find it increasingly difficult to secure and maintain quality work environments – space that is stable and affordable. Support for nonprofit has always been focused on programs development/management and organizational development, fiscal sponsorship, fund development, and more recently, information technology. It is crucial for the IIJD to purchase and own a Building in order to secure and maintain a high quality work environment. This is a priority for the IIJD.
